virtual group classes

I started teaching yoga in 2003 and have studied a little bit of everything over the years (Ashtanga and Vinyasa, Bikram, Laughter Yoga, Tantra, Trauma Informed, Gentle, and more…). Today, my classes cater to women (and their allies) seeking their best health through a variety of inspired practices. We move mindfully with attention on the breath and an end goal of simply feeling good.

personalized training

Strength training supports a healthy body and mind; also a resilient heart. During the pandemic, I studied fitness and received my Personal Trainer Certification (and a specialization in Senior Fitness). My approach is accessible and fun — a yoga mat and hand weights are all you need.

thai yoga bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork is like a massage, but also a great yoga stretch class. It relaxes and releases tight and sore muscles and calms the nervous system.

Thai bodywork is learning about each body’s unique qualities

class descriptions

Gentle Yoga - Explore a gentle experience with your body - accessible and beneficial to all.

Simple and therapeutic movements, breathwork, chanting and laughter.

Slow Flow - This class establishes a smooth breath and introduces simple sequences to follow at your best pace. A little more than the Gentle Yoga.

Candlelight Flow - Begins more active, then slows to longer hold stretches and quieting down in preparation for rest and sleep.

Vinyasa/Power Yoga - A vigorous sun-salutation based flow. Strength and stretching; balance work and options for more challenging postures

All Levels Fitness - A yoga mat and handweights (or water bottles) are all that you need for this fun short practice to strengthen your entire body: squats, planks, lunges, etc.
